So I was at a family-ish gathering tonight, and one of the parents jokingly calls his daughter a nerd. But then I pull out The Hobbit for a reference, and he says something about the fact that I have a book in my bag and I'm a bigger nerd than his daughter.
It was a joke, I'm not offended or anything, but it got me curious. There are others out there who always have a book with them, right? I can't be the only one who does that.
